当你离开现在的公司,你的百万业务量还能保持吗?

我刚开始做外贸的时候,是在工贸一体的公司上班。当时公司有展会,有阿里,有环球资源,有中国制造等平台,那时候做外贸真的没感觉有多难,每天从不同平台来的客户,就接不完。也可能是因为当时外贸大环境是很友好的,在同一个办公室的外贸姑娘们都有订单,相处也是很融洽的,办公室氛围特别好。正因为如此,我们都没有危机意识,安之乐之,每天都是谈客户,接单,下单,跟进。实际上做久了就会有点麻木,也不会去思考,每天就按部

也可能是因为当时外贸大环境是很友好的,在同一个办公室的外贸姑娘们都有订单,相处也是很融洽的,办公室氛围特别好。正因为如此,我们都没有危机意识,安之乐之,每天都是谈客户,接单,下单,跟进。实际上做久了就会有点麻木,也不会去思考,每天就按部就班地工作,就是拿工资提成,也没有太多其他的想法。

后来由于生孩子,公司又搬去别的地区,不得不离开原来公司,当时也没有带走任何前公司的资料和客户信息。这个时候才发现自己离开了公司和平台后,根本不懂得如何自主地去开发新客户,虽然有两年多的外贸经验,实际上都是公司的平台带来的客户,自己此时充其量就是一个有两年多外贸经历的小白!

今天想跟做外贸的小伙伴说:其实无论你能做多少业绩,几百万,几千万甚至上亿。大家一定要尽早思考一个问题:多问问自己接到的这些订单,客户到底是因为公司而来还是因为你个人?

假如某一天,你离开了这个公司,离开公司提供的这些平台,你能否过得比现在好?你是否有东山再起的能力?

你只有尽早开始考虑这些问题,才会对自己的职业生涯规划有个更好的规划,如果你已经意识到现在所拥有的一切都是依靠公司的平台得来的,那你就要开始努力了,思考一下有什么办法可以提高你的人格魅力,有什么办法能够提高自身的竞争力,能够让客户可以不因为公司的平台而跟你绑定在一起。哪些能力欠缺的,及早去发现,及早去实践,不要等到突然发生的变故变得措手不及。
